Thank you for taking the time to look through my boot camp program. We first developed the program back in 2005 for our existing personal training client base. Then they started to bring a few of their friends and in 2006 we launched Liverpool Fitness Boot Camp Program in Sefton Park.

This guaranteed results based program (no results = 200% refund for you!) is a structured fitness plan designed for maximum results in minimal time. This is NOT a military boot camp nor is it a generic fitness class. Throughout the 12 week plan each phase of your training is structured and monitored to:

What’s Involved In Our Weight Loss Fitness Boot Camp In Liverpool

The first thing i want to make really clear is that my boot camps is not an army or military style boot camp

Our fitness boot camps are run by fully qualified and insured personal trainers. When they are not teaching the boot camp they are training clients 1-2-1 throughout the week. The same principles used for personal training are transferred to our fitness boot camps. We will never shout, scream, insult or intimidate you in to working out. However, we do ensure you get the results you want……

We plan and structure every session over the 12 week period. Nothing is made up on the night of the camps and by doing this we ensure all our clients progress and develop to the results they want. We can also prove our programs work by the fitness assessments clients take on weeks 1, 5 and 9.

Not Anyone Can Join Our Fitness Boot Camp

With our fitness boot camp we deliberately run them on 12 week blocks and cap the numbers. If you are looking for a program that lets you come and go when you like, turn up late, don’t turn up if it rains, go out on the drink and miss sessions, or pay then only come to 3-4 then this is not for you.

Our clients have to attend at least 80% of the boot camp workouts each month. If they do not then they are not allowed to re sign up to our next program or future boot camps. The reason we do this is that while it would be a good way to make money in having people pay and not come you won’t get results. And because our reputation has been built up on referrals and clients success we will never adopt this approach.

We surround our clients with like minded, motivated people who are ALL wanting to achieve results. It does not mean they are all ‘hardcore’ fitness professional but they are ALL intent on achieving their targets and making a real difference to themselves.

Clients On Our Fitness Boot Camp Program Are Accountable For Their Results.

Our clients are monitored and held accountable for their results. They are fitness tested and measured on week’s 1,6 and 12 and their results are assessed by the trainer. They sign a partnership agreement at the start of the camp explaining exactly what is expected of them and if they break any of the rules they are ‘sacked’ from the camp.

They/You need to understand how important it is to us and my business that ALL clients attending the fitness boot camps get results well beyond what they would have got at other camps and gym’s. And nothing our clients achieve is through extreme dieting, shakes or pills. Just from following our advice and guidelines.
